Inspired by the fluid nature of our bodies and the ocean surrounding us, this movement practice calls on the breath to guide all action. Best suited to those with previous yoga experience, looking for a challenge and to take their practice to a new level
PILATES MAT 60 min/ $130 for one or $195 for two
Strengthen your core! Pilates emphasizes fluid, controlled movements and breath. Initiated from the core, the series of movements will elongate the spine, stretch, strengthen, and lengthen the entire body. Long, lean muscles are the name of the game here. Suitable for all levels of practice, this class will challenge your mind and work your body
