Get an adrenaline rush any hour of the day when you tone up and trim down with 24-hour access, whether greeting the sunrise with yoga on the outdoor deck or making that midnight run. Gym rats and fitness warriors will love the comprehensive array of treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes and other cardio calorie busters mounted with personal TVs, Fast Track controls, and weight machines and free weights.

After you've crossed the finish line, warm down in the glow of sunshine outside as fresh apples and chilled water send you on your way-calm, cool and collected. Or if you prefer the inspiration of customized workouts-on the beach, our Whatever/Whenever® service will hook you up with a personal trainer, tough love optional. All guests enjoy complimentary 24-hour access with their room key, and same-day access to SWEAT is offered complimentary with any AWAY Spa treatment. Yoga is offered daily at 8 AM.
